Michael D. Schwalberg, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of anxiety and related disorders among children, adolescents, and adults.

Dr. Schwalberg graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Emory university. He received his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany, and interned at Brown University. His mentor was David H. Barlow,Ph.D., ABPP, one of the world's leading authorities on the nature and treatment of anxiety disorders.

Dr. Schwalberg was a clinical and research associate at the SUNY Center For Stress and Anxiety Disorders, the director of the Fairleigh Dickinson University Anxiety Disorders Clinic, and a consultant to an award winning panic disorder treatment study at Weill Cornell Medical College. He has been in private practice for over 20 years.
